This group is for advanced swimmers ready and able to make a strong commitment to swimming and learning life skills (teamwork, strong work ethic, self-reliance, confidence, organization).

Pre-requisites:  13 years and older (or at coaches discretion), swimmer must be able to perform the four competitive strokes, turns and starts legally.

Expectations:  Attend 5 plus practices per week, compete in championship meet (if qualified), and appropriate monthly meets at coach’s recommendation.
